DeXterity Privacy Policy

Effective June 11, 2026

DeXterity is a private Discord bot serving the AL2 Nsfw/Media/Chat community. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is handled, and your rights regarding that data.

What Data Is Stored?

To provide its features, DeXterity stores the following information:

Discord User Data — User IDs and usernames (to associate XP, levels, karma, warnings, and achievements).
Server Member Events — Join/leave dates and invite tracking (who invited whom).
Message Metadata — Aggregate message counts.
Voice Activity — Total minutes spent in voice channels.
Reaction Data — Upvote/downvote records on posts.
Moderation History — Warnings, mutes, and related moderation records.

What Is NOT Stored

We prioritize your privacy by not storing the following:

Message Content — Messages are scanned in real-time for moderation purposes and immediately discarded. They are never permanently stored.
Personal Information — No personal data beyond standard Discord-provided information (User ID, username) is collected or processed.

Data Retention

All user data is retained while a user is a member of the server. If a user leaves the server, their associated data is automatically purged 30 days after their departure.

Data Usage

All collected data is used exclusively to power the bot's features within the server — such as moderation, leveling, leaderboards, and community engagement. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose outside this specific server.
